According to 101gg, this is Mike Cyubahiro, a 12-year-old striker on the Dutch U14 Vitesse FC team. On the opening kick-off, Cyubahiro lets loose a shot at the opposing team FC Volendam’s goal.
Unfortunately for the goalie, he misread the kick and it soared right over his head for a spectacular goal. The reaction of his teammates pretty much sums up any goal ever scored like this. The Vitesse club went on to win 5-1.
