Until today, I had no idea who the Jacksonville Jaguars mascot was. Now we know, it is Jordan Spieth. That is the only explanation for the Jaguars mascot, Jaxson DeVille, winning the closest-to-the-pin competition at an annual charity event at TPC Sawgrass on Wednesday.
Jokes aside, the Jags’ website says that the man beneath the mask is Curtis Dvorak. Hats off to him. A shot like that in front of that many people is hard enough. Doing it while wearing a giant mascot outfit and cat head? Insane.
